The service
Jobtell helps you take and organise job site photos, add time and location stamps, compare before and after photos and create PDF photo reports. You are responsible for checking every report before you send it.
Time and location stamps
The time comes from your phone clock. The location comes from your phone's GPS and geocoding service and can be inaccurate. For gallery photos, the app uses the time and position saved in the photo file, when present. The app does not certify photos. Use the report as a work record, not as legal evidence without other proof.
AI captions
AI can make mistakes. The app shows the caption so you can edit it. Check every caption before you send a report.
Your photos and data
Make sure you have the right to photograph the site and to share the photos with your customer. Your data is kept on your phone. When you sign in, it is also backed up to your account (see the Privacy Policy). The free plan backs up the images of 10 photos; Pro has no limit. A backup helps you recover data, but it is not a guarantee: keep copies of important reports.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your e-mail address. Keep access to that mailbox safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Backup → Delete account and backup. This deletes everything in the backup and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel in your store account settings. Prices and trial periods are shown in the app before purchase. Apple's standard EULA applies to App Store purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to photograph people without permission, or to process data you are not allowed to process.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Aziz Tetik is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
